The deadline for sign-ups is Wednesday 20th November at midnight, but please don’t leave it that late if possible!

Rehearsal Material
Rehearsal material is available for you to start listening to and learning from here:
All songs will be taught, but we know that some people need a bit more help or might like to have a look over things in advance. As this is technically a 24 Hour cabaret, you will need to do some learning in your own time, and these materials are here to help you!

Rehearsal Fees
The rehearsal fees for this show will be £30 full / £15 concession. These help us cover our costs, meaning we can raise more money for Cancer Care Map and Phoenix; it works out at £2.50 an hour, which we think is pretty reasonable. That being said, as ever, anybody who thinks they are a concession should pay the concessionary rate, and we never want rehearsal fees to stand in the way of anybody participating in a show. Please email committee@phoenixplayers.org.uk or chat with Hayley or Frazer if you have any concerns.
Dates
Finally, please make a note of all the relevant dates listed below. Friday 29th and Saturday 30th are compulsory rehearsals, though we’d love for as many people as possible to join us on Monday 18th too. Note that material covered on Monday 18th will not be taught from scratch again, so if you choose not to attend then the onus is on you to catch-up using the rehearsal materials. We’ll be in touch to arrange individual sessions for those who would like them once people have signed up – we will need to assess demand.
Monday 28th October - Official Sign-Up Opens, Full Rehearsal Material Available

Monday 11th November - Informal Pub Social
19:30 onwards Alleyns Head Pub SE21 8BW (after the Phoenix AGM)
Meet the creative team and your future castmates. Opportunity to ask questions and discuss solos and small group numbers in an informal setting. Also just a chance to go to the pub!
Monday 18th November - Introductory Workshop
19:30 - 21:30 Emmanuel Church Hall SE21 8BU
Learn some of the whole cast numbers and get hyped for the show.
Monday 25th November - Individual Sessions with Frazer available
Times and venue will be arranged individually after sign-ups
Opportunity for those less confident to have 1:1 time with Frazer to rehearse solos.
Friday 29th November - Rehearsal
19:00 - 22:00 St Anne's Church Hall, Bermondsey SE1 5QH.
Saturday 30th November - All Day Rehearsal and Performance
11:00 onwards St Anne’s Church Hall, Bermondsey SE1 5QH. Performance 19:00 at St Anne’s.
